Tan Striped White-Throated Sparrow

Camera in hand, I was sitting on my porch on a cold December afternoon, in awe of all of the birds preparing for the incoming winter storm. I happened to notice this cute little Tan-Striped White-Throated Sparrow resting on the fence.
